May 14th Meeting

ISTA-Retired Allen County Chapter will meet on May 14, 2015 at 12:00 noon at

Hall's Guesthouse Grill,
1313 W. Washington Center Road

When you enter Hall's Guesthouse, go to your left and go past the pool. It should be the first door on your right. Go into the bar and go to your right to the room.

David Dew is our speaker and his topic is "George Washington Carver--The Creators Apostle."

We will have updates on what happened in the legislature, and on FWEA.

We will be collecting books to give to Kindergartners in an inner city school. Please bring books and ideas for a school to receive them.

We would like suggestions/ideas for programs and places to meet for the coming year. You can also e-mail them to Dorthy Epple at dmepple(at)aol(dot)com.

We will be electing officers for the next two (2) years. If you would like to run , please send an e-mail to Nancy Mack at INMagistra(at)aol(dot)com. If you want to nominate someone, please get their permission first. We are voting on: President, Vice President, Secretary/treasure, Representative to ISTA-Retired State Council and 1-L District Council, and Alternate to ISTA-Retired State Council.
