ISTA-Retired meeting March 12, 2020

ISTA-Retired Allen County Chapter will meet March 12, 2020 at 12 o'clock noon at Hall's Guest House in the Guest House Grille restaurant (1313 W Washington Center Rd. Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825). As you enter the building, go to your left and go down the hall to the restaurant (on the right) and go thru to the Bridge Room.

Our speaker is Bob Jones, Old Fort Interpreter, from Fort Wayne's "Old Fort".

We will take up a collection for ISTA Scholarship Fund.

We are collecting "SHOES" of any kind in ANY condition for "Changing Footprints.org,."
a non-profit organization. ISTA-Retired is leading this Community Service Project. The shoes are distributed to social service agencies nationally and around the world. Damaged shoes are converted into playgrounds through Nike Grind. Please bring your unwanted or old, worn out shoes to the meeting. Jim Clauser will take them to ISTA-Retired meeting in Indianapolis on Saturday, April 25th. Thank you for your help.

Danielle Kraft, UniServ Assistant, received a call from Reppard. He is looking for interested retired teachers looking for part-time teaching employment:

* 6 hours per week *$600 per month *Morning classes--10:00 am to 1:00 pm M/W
*Evening classes--4:30 pm to 7:30 pm T/R *Preparing adult students to complete the High School Equivalency Exam.
